HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARD

Gift cards do not expire, you can use it to place orders once you have received the email that contains all the information about the card. Please read the following conditions before using your card:

. The balance of a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as the card still has a balance.

. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.

. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with discount codes.

. Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.

. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another card.

. The gift card can be sent to another person as a gift.

. You can check the balance of the gift card at the link in the email that contains the card.

PLACE AN ORDER WITH A GIFT CARD

When making a purchase in the store, the customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the corresponding field on the payment screen. Gift card codes are not case sensitive. The option to add a gift card for payment is displayed on the checkout screen.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout screen displays one of the following options:

. If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can click Complete Order.

. If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer is prompted to choose an additional payment method to complete the total amount before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.

. The customer can check the gift card balance on the gift card page of the online store, when a customer purchases or receives a gift card, an email is sent with all the information, in this email a link appears to see the balance on the gift card, said link can be consulted as many times as the customer needs.

MAKE A RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

Products purchased with gift cards can be returned, the same return policy and conditions apply as for other products, in this case, the amount is returned to the same gift card with which the payment was made. If a customer made a purchase with a gift card and another form of payment, the refund will be applied to the gift card first until the total amount available for refund is reached. The rest of the refund is made to the other form of payment.
